HOW TO CREATE A FREE MEMBER ACCOUNT ON KIREGISTRY
1. Create a profile to introduce yourself, define your user type, and grow your business solutions. 2. Invite team members to collaborate or contribute to your client's collaborative base. 3. Create projects with our SaaS tools; upload digital files/pdfs directly into your project suite on your profile. 4. KiRegistry has integrated templates based on project/investment size and requirements. 5. Grow market share, and integrate software and data solutions via APIs. 6. Grow product visibility; highly recommended for manufacturers, brokers, and suppliers. 7. Grow your business; advertise to members, suppliers, and projects on the platform. 8. Controls over AR/AP; our system delivered payments five days from clearing liens on payment requests. 9. The Specifier Studio (beta) was designed with templates and thousands of CSI codes, following AIA and ASLA specification guidelines. It is fully collaborative and fully integrated with our global product library.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER INTEGRATOR ADVISORY CONSULTANT
Advisory Consultants have a comprehensive knowledge of the Built Environment. Each KiRegistry Member is on a project and portfolio value enhancement journey; KiRegistry enables their collaboration anywhere in the world and allows Members to design, specify, and integrate all existing systems, retain data sovereignty, and build more within the same capital portfolio. Through our Advisory Consultant network, we aim to create repeatable and sustainable “business muscle” within each Member organization to ensure immediate and long-term value realization.
WHAT MEMBER SERVICES DOES KIREGISTRY PROVIDE?
-Self-Guided SaaS (Free to Industry) -KiRegistry Project Services (fee-based; we onboard the projects or portfolio) -Advisory Consultancies (fee-based, specific to project or portfolio) Advisory Consultants transform and significantly enhance their growth and financial trajectory potential by integrating their existing network of clients into KiRegistry. This creates consulting revenue opportunities and additional project and portfolio capacity for their clients. In addition, Advisory Consultants have the opportunity for additional financial benefits if they participate in KiRegistry’s Anchor Tenant and Build Partner programs. WHAT IS AN ANCHOR TENANT?
Anchor Tenants (ATs) are customers who provide both significant project contract value and investment into the company based on a predetermined percentage of the total contract value of projects contributed. ATs have the right to operate and benefit within the network under standard commercial terms, including pricing and capital contribution. Contact us for financing and participation plans.
WHAT IS A GLOBAL BUILD PARTNER?
Global Build Partners (GBPs) are strategic global partners with significant relationships in the construction business and control or enhance the ability to manage or produce projects. GBPs bring their network of relationships and projects to KiRegistry and benefit through fee-sharing agreements with Covenantz. Contact us for more information.
WHAT IS AN ECOPORTAL?
An EcoPortal is a URL extension available on the network for Anchor Tenants and Global Build Partners. --KiRegistry.org/Tenantname or --KiRegistry.org/GBPname The EcoPortal allows each of our partners to build their own sub-ecosystem on the KiRegistry platform. Contact us for more information.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE AND UPLOAD A PROJECT?
As an ecosystem member, your project manager will define and invite team members to provide upload and access privileges based on individual project specifications, portfolio, and commercial requirements. In addition, the KiRegistry AI and ML engine will monitor and inform your team on identifying and managing risk and creating more real-time project value. KiRegistry enables its members to empower project stakeholders and participants to drive value into projects and portfolios on an enterprise and global scale.
