PERICLES P. DEAVILA
Founder / Chairman / Chief Executive Officer Mr. DeAvila leads the strategic direction and vision of the company, overseeing all divisions and development. He is the creator of the company’s product design and workflow technology. Mr. DeAvila is a technology and construction veteran with 25 years of experience in business development, construction management, and finance. He led high-profile construction projects, was a stakeholder during the initial growth at Microsoft campus and Safeco Field in Seattle, and created the PLX3D technology that became known as PSIM. He has taken companies public in the US and Europe received Congressional awards, and speaks five languages. Mr. DeAvila’s mission is to help change the way the world builds.

JOEL L. MOLANDER
President | Chief Operating Officer Mr. Molander manages the operational delivery and functionality of the company’s products and services and the strategic business plans for exceptional global performance. Mr. Molander is an energy and operations veteran with 27 years of experience spanning all aspects of corporate operations, construction, finance, procurement, supply chain, IT, land, and development. He led high-profile state and federal projects in excess of $1 billion, presided as President of Puget Western, and took numerous director/executive positions with Puget Energy. Mr. Molander’s mission is to stand up a world-class company.

LAURENCE (LARRY) A. MADISON
Chief Financial Officer Mr. Madison manages the company's finances, capital structure, and strategic planning. He maintains a strict adherence to GAAP, SEC, and global accounting standards. Mr. Madison is a finance and accounting veteran with over 30 years of experience in public and private companies. He has assisted clients in accounting, tax, financial reporting, strategic planning, and financial leadership. He has been CFO, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director of a public company. Mr. Madison’s mission is to maintain financial integrity and accountability for the company at all stages.

AMY CUPPLES
Chief Product Officer (AEC) Ms. Cupples oversees developing and designing the company’s products and services. She is dedicated to aligning project experience and company products. Ms. Cupples is a registered Landscape Architect, certified Planner, and LEED Accredited Professional with over 25 years of experience. She has received numerous awards while part of design and construction teams, including from the AIA, AIA East Bay Chapter, ASLA, ASLA Northern California Chapter, PCBC Gold Nugget Awards, DBIA, CMAA, California Counties Architects & Engineers Association, ENR California, Silicon Valley Business Journal. Ms. Cupples' mission is to transform the way the AEC world builds.

JOSEPH (JOE) BEER
Vice President Technology Mr. Beer is a technology veteran with 30 years of experience in IT management, solution architecture, delivery, and consulting ventures domestically and internationally. He has held prestigious leadership roles at AWS Worldwide for Power and Utilities (P&U) and Puget Sound Energy. At AWS, Mr. Beer managed a global team of 24 solution architects to craft reusable IT, OT, customer engagement, data, and asset management solutions to fit P&U customer needs. At Puget Sound Energy, Mr. Beer directed IT strategy, architecture, and design for traditional IT and Operations IT. He led the PSE digital transformation work in the cloud. Joe has also held significant technology leadership positions at renowned companies such as Washington Mutual, Group Health, Ernst & Young, and ARCO. Mr. Beer holds a Master's in Program Management from Stanford, an MBA in Information Technology Management from the University of Southern California, and a BS in Business from California State.
MARLA D. MELLIES
Ms. Mellies served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Puget Sound Energy. Ms. Mellies led a corporate shared services organization that includes human resources, facilities, safety, security, business continuity, and fleet services. Prior to joining Puget Sound Energy in 2005, Ms. Mellies was general manager of Human Resources for Microsoft Corporation’s Server and Tools Business in Redmond, Washington.
MARGARET F. HOPKINS
Ms. Hopkins served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Puget Sound Energy, where she spearheaded its information technology efforts and identified and enabled business process improvements. Prior to leading Puget Sound Energy’s large-scale delivery programs, Margaret held the title of director of IT infrastructure at Puget Sound Energy, where she was responsible for the design, delivery, and support of enterprise-wide infrastructure and technology solutions.
CONSTANCE L. PROCTOR, ESQ.
Ms. Proctor serves as co-managing member of and leads the Real Estate Practice Group of Century Law Firm, PLLC. Ms. Proctor has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and is a leading real estate lawyer in the Northwest. Ms. Proctor has served many distinguished roles in the community, including serving as the prior Chairwoman of the Board of Regents of the University of Washington and prior President of the Pacific Real Estate Institute. Ms. Proctor’s 30 years in practice include clients in the U.S. government, quasi-governmental, and foreign entities. She has represented financial institutions, lenders, developers, other commercial business entities, and nonprofit organizations. She served two terms as a member of the Board of Directors of the Seattle Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Constance received her degree from the University of Washington School of Law, which honored her as a Distinguished Alumna.
RICHARD SYBERT, ESQ.
Mr. Sybert is a senior partner and Co-chair of the Intellectual Property practice group of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. He has a national and international practice representing and counseling major U.S. and foreign businesses in complex litigation and arbitration in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. His expertise includes all aspects of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets; unfair competition, including antitrust and trade secrets; and complex commercial litigation, including franchise and contracts. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees in 2001, Mr. Sybert served as General Counsel and Vice President of Lanard Toys, a Hong Kong-based, U.S.-owned toy company with global operations, where he was responsible for the company’s legal affairs worldwide as well as business management of its U.S. operations. He is admitted to practice law in California, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Oregon, and Washington.
IVAN BRAIKER
Mr. Braiker brings over 25 years of experience in the fields of capital raising, Acquisitions & Consolidations, Business Reengineering, and Mobile & Media Strategies. Mr. Braiker has a track record of transforming start-ups into industry leaders. He has built three companies from inception to IPO, and his most recent company, HIPCRICKET INC, became a leading mobile marketing firm with 400k+ campaigns and proprietary SAAS technology, servicing 29 Fortune 100 clients and 250 Fortune 500 clients. In addition, having led many companies from early stages to dynamic growth, Mr. Braiker knows the importance of the right pre-IPO processes, as he raised $18 Million in an IPO for HIPCRICKET INC in its early stages of development in the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Braiker holds a B.A. in International Relations from the American University in Washington, DC.
DAVID GANDARA
Mr. Gandara is a business development strategist with nearly three decades of global experience, including senior positions at Moneytree and DB Squared. Mr. Gandara guides paradigm-shifting companies through access to new markets, strategic joint ventures, and key customer introductions. He prefers a hands-on approach to assist extraordinary entrepreneurs to transform their vision into reality and/or guide high-growth companies to take advantage of unique market opportunities in the US and abroad. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business, and co-founder of the Ernest I.J. Aguilar Scholarship Endowment.
DOUG SOBIESKI
Mr. Sobieski is the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of TerreStar Network, which successfully integrated the core components of an emerging 4G network. Doug was a key original architectural member of what later became XO Communications. Doug served in various senior management positions at Broadband Wireless. Prior to his XO tenure, Doug was Director of Telecommunications at Questar Corporation in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he developed a business unit that became the foundation for Nextel. Most recently, he managed Tahoe Consulting, a company facilitating network service expansion and implementing policies in South America.

Mr. Kramer is an international keynote speaker (including TED), a bestselling author, executive coach, and marketing strategist consulting Fortune 500 clients such as Harvard, IBM, Cisco, TED, MasterCard, Dell, NASA, NFL, Pitney Bowes, and many more. He also sits on several advisory boards, including Mutual Mind, Raynforest, HealthPure, and SpiderQube. Mr. Kramer is also a Forbes contributor. As president/CEO of Purematter—his digital marketing agency in San Jose, CA— his leadership steered one of the fastest growing private companies in Silicon Valley and recognition as one of the publication’s “Top Who’s Who.”
SEAMUS MCMAHON
Mr. McMahon spent more than 30 years helping global leaders in the financial services industry create significant value and enhanced customer impact through the creative use of data, analytics, and insights. As General Partner of the Rosemark Capital Group, Mr. McMahon invested in intellectual property-centered firms. He oversaw the North American Financial Services consulting group at Cap Gemini, a $12 Billion revenue global services company. He has held positions as Executive Vice President for the Atlantic Region at HSBC; Partner at Booz, Allen Hamilton, leading their global financial services practice; and he was CEO of Toronto Dominion Bank, USA. In addition to his work with large organizations, in 1999, Mr. McMahon co-founded and later sold his interest in Novantas, a data services and consulting firm that continues to flourish today.
GEORGE GOSKIESKI MCR, CSM, GHG-IQ
Mr. Gosieski has over 27 years of corporate domestic, and international experience, including 19 years with Boeing, eight years with Capital One, and four years as a partner at Business EcoSystems. He has experience across the building lifecycle, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility. George also serves as a U.S. State Department-appointed expert to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, as chair of the National Institute of Building Sciences Council on Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate Board of Direction, and is a member of the Sustainability Consortium. He has also served as an expert advisor to the UN Environmental Program’s Sustainable Building and Climate Initiative and on numerous working groups, including World Resources Institute’s Scope 3 development taskforce, ASTM, and CSA.
